When a user tries to print they get the following error which pops up from Enprise Report Viewer "Screen printer does not support printing". The Screen printer is automatically selected if no printer drivers are installed on the machine or if Report Builder cannot get a valid device context to the printer driver. Windows printer drivers are installed by user account and contain security access rights. If your user encounters the error again, "Screen printer does not support printing", try the following: 1. Download the latest printer driver from the manufacturer’s web site. 2. Completely uninstall the printer driver 3. Reboot the machine. 4. Uninstall the latest printer driver.
